Programmes for schools
Your school may have a group of children requiring special attention. Jean can work with them as a small group or integrate the learning into a class subject.
Each programme will be between 3 and 8 x 1 hour sessions.
The most popular sessions run in schools are below. Should you require something over and above these call Jean for a chat as bespoke programmes can be developed.
For even better results ask Jean about adding 3 sessions on mind-power to Beat the Bullies and Goal Planning programmes. These additional sessions really help children to understand how their minds work and that they can shape the way they think in order to achieve their goals.

Goal Planning
1-hour session - Goal Setting
1-hour session – Creating your Vision board
1-hour session – Affirmations (program your mind to reach your goal)
Action planning & goal setting have always been important to me in achieving my life & career goals. When you take action things start to happen. I found that having goals enable me to focus on and achieve my vision. Planning helps you to break down larger goals into smaller more manageable tasks. If you don’t have goals you can find yourself drifting and easily influenced by others and by obstacles.
Beat The Bullies
Stress in primary and secondary school children has risen to worrying levels according to school leaders. 78% of school primary teachers in a recent survey reported a general increase in stress and anxiety among primary pupils.
This programme will:
Help your child learn how to stand up to peer pressure
Give your child tools to enable them to make good decisions
Show your child the impact of living a life of integrity

Career planning is important for students getting ready for the world of work.
This 1 hour session will help students understand the key elements required to ensure their CV stands out and they get selected for interview. If your school hosts careers days this 1 hour lesson fits well with the days activities.
